Submitting your referral

To see one of our specialists, please provide a GP referral letter that has been written within the last 12 months.

Please also review our exclusion criteria to ensure we are a suitable service for you.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your enquiry to be processed. We will contact you from (08) 9259 0689 via your provided mobile number up to 3 times, following which if we do not hear back we will have to close your referral.
